Protected by Alert Logic

The Protected by Alert Logic logo indicates that a web site utilizes an Alert Logic solution to actively protect it from security threats such as identity thieves, hackers, viruses, and worms, by regularly scanning for vulnerabilities utilizing the security standards outlined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Use of the Alert Logic scanning solution does not guarantee absolute security. However, use of the Protected by Alert Logic logo does show that a web site meets PCI DSS standards for protecting user information from unauthorized access.

The PCI DSS was developed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) and is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security. The PCI DSS was founded by the major payments brands, including American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa Inc. International, to help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.

Alert Logic is a PCI Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) and has validated its adherence to specific PCI DSS requirements by performing vulnerability scans of Internet facing environments of merchants and service providers.
